Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the USA only. We do not ship internationally.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
- We offer the following shipping options:
- Overnight Shipping: Available for frozen tempeh products
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days for non-perishable products
- Free same day or next day delivery for orders of $75+ for delivery within 50 miles of northwest Houston, Texas.
- Shipping times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment.
- Free shipping for orders over $75 to customer with 50 miles of our facility in north west Houston, Texas.
5. Perishable Products Handling
- Our tempeh is a perishable product and is shipped using insulated packaging with ice packs to ensure freshness.
- Customers should refrigerate the product immediately upon delivery.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery status.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at wiwascs@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging for claim processing.
- We will either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on the situation.
Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
2. Refund Process
- To request a refund, please email wiwascs@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- You must provide photo evidence of the issue (damaged, spoiled, or incorrect product).
- Once your claim is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Refund Timeline
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days, and funds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or partially consumed products are non-refundable unless they arrived damaged.
- Refunds are not granted for customer errors, such as ordering the wrong product or failing to store it properly.
5. Replacements
- Instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement product at no additional cost.
- If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
